  This strip mall has consistently been half empty for the past 20 years. Currently there is an Aldi grocery store, a Goodwill, Beef O Brady's, 2 dry cleaners, an ice cream shop, a gym, a dentist and a vet. But the largest space currently available for lease is the size of a grocery store (there used to be a Winn Dixie there for many years) and it's right next door to Aldi's, so maybe that's why it's so difficult to lease it out. There is plenty of parking. However, the overall appearance of Victoria Square is rather run down, as it is not well maintained.
